Service Centre
The Crystal will act as your local host and point of reference and dedicated service centre. Guest services include housekeeping, concierge desk and tourist information.

Uber Taxi Service
We now offer an Uber booking service to our guests. The service carries a minimum booking fee of R20 and can be requested from your online host.

Our dedicated housekeeping department offers guests a full service, which includes a linen and towel change after every fourth night’s occupation
Daily refresh services and any additional services on Sunday and public holidays can be arranged on request at an additional charge.
Full service included after every 4th night.

Totness is part of the Village n Life Group who offers all guests access to the 24 hour Village n Life control room. The control has direct access to the senior management of Village n Life, Embassy or Consulate offices, and other essential and emergency contacts.
