Centralised Reception and Check-in
Guests are welcomed and checked-in at Camps Bay Resort, located at 32 Camps Bay Drive, at which point they will be escourted to Totness Place.

Early arrivals and late departures can be pre-arranged at an additional charge.

Housekeeping
Housekeeping is provided daily from Monday to Friday. Linen and towel change take place every third day. On weekends and public holidays, housekeeping can be arranged on request at an extra charge.

Personal laundry
Personal laundry services are offered. Laundry bags and laundry lists are supplied and can be handed in at the Service Office.

Concierge
Guests have access to the concierge service at the centralised reception.

Popular tours include, shark cage diving, Robben Island, wine tours and Cape Point.
